Welcoming her third child into the world, Chyler Leigh has given birth to a healthy baby daughter, folks magazine reports.

The 27-year-old “Grey’s Anatomy”

actress and her hubby, actor Nathan West, 30, welcomed their daughter Anniston Kae earlier today (May 7).
