Jessica Alba working out to lose pregnancy flab

New mommy Jessica Alba wants to shed her pregnancy flab and is eating “a lot of soul food” after giving birth to daughter Honor Marie.

Alba revealed, “I started working out last Thursday, but for 20 minutes. I do cardio on my own. I’m doing it slow. Now I’m starting to

eat more healthy. considering after working out, having fried chicken and mashed potatoes is a little counteractive.”

What’s the rush Alba we even like your chubbier look and can wait to see the lean look again.
