Making her way out to Los Angeles for the evening, Lindsay Lohan was spotted leaving her home last night (April with a can of Coke in one hand and a bottle of Coke in the other.

Having just broken up with her girlfriend Samantha Ronson, LiLo has been having a rough week, and according to a friend she needs to get out of the spotlight.

The pal told press, “She’s in pain and she’s alone and feels like the world is against her. She doesn’t live an easy life.

She has always been in the spotlight. She doesn’t know how to live without it but it would be nice whether she did for a little.”

Another friend added, “I know she loves Samantha and Samantha has loved Lindsay for many more years. From before they even got together – Samantha wanted to have Lindsay in her life.  Whether [Ronson] is right for her now, I don’t know. They both need to be separate for a while. She just needs some space.”
